For emergency and insurance purposes, we must have an accurate count of all guests on the reservation. Unauthorized guests will result in an added fee of $125.00/guest/night and a cancellation of the reservation. *Hazardous Waste* In case the cleaning staff encounters the need to dispose of hazardous waste following your departure, a hazardous disposal fee of $150 will be applied. This includes, but is not limited to, substances or residues related to drugs, paraphernalia, bodily fluid, cigarette butts, etc. *No Events, Gatherings or Parties* This is not a party property; an additional party fee of $400 will be assessed and your reservation will be immediately canceled without refund.

• The primary guest making the reservation must be 25 years or older and is required to stay at the property. • No gatherings permitted—only registered guests (including children) are allowed on the premises. • Exceeding the maximum guest count, whether for overnight stays or daytime visits, will result in a charge of $100 per additional person, per night. • Each booking is eligible for only one promotion or deal, if available. • DO NOT tamper with network or security devices—any attempt will result in immediate cancellation of your booking, and you will be asked to leave the property immediately with no refunds. Smoking inside is strictly prohibited, covering cigarettes, cigars, vaping, etc. Unfortunately, additional animals are not allowed on the property due to the presence of existing animals. A replacement fee of $50 applies for a beach pass if not returned to the unit. Please note that the beach pass is not available for 1-night stays. The pass gives you access to Porretto Beach at 10th & Seawall. Just show the pass at the gate, park right on the beach, and enjoy one umbrella and two chairs reserved just for you. Have more than two guests? No problem—you can rent an extra umbrella or bring your own chairs. You can even call ahead to reserve your spot. The pass is valid any day during your stay from 9 AM to 5 PM, with full in & out privileges. You’re welcome to bring your own food and drinks, or order food from the beach staff and have it delivered (food not included). Just be sure to return the pass to the unit before checkout—a missing pass will be charged to the guest. Enjoy the beach!
