Guests will check in at the front desk upon arrival. A resort fee (currently $40, or $80 for extended stays) is paid directly to the front desk at check-in. This provides access to on-site amenities, including pools, hot tubs, and parking passes. Property Guidelines This is a privately owned condo within a shared community. Please be respectful of other owners and guests during your stay. On-site security is available if needed. Supplies We provide starter supplies to get your stay going, including: Toilet paper Basic soap Additional items such as paper towels, toiletries, or extra supplies can be picked up at nearby stores. A Walmart is conveniently located close by. Smoking & Pets Smoking and pets are not permitted. Guests who cannot comply should consider alternative accommodations.
